Large Drip Pan

Use of a drip pan eliminates basting, keeps food from drying out, and prevents flare-ups. Also various juices can be added to the drip pan: apple, lemon, cranberry, pineapple, ect., to impart the desired flavor. Always use a drip pan when cooking roasts, chickens, turkeys, and ribs. As the juices drop into the drip pan they vaporize, rise, and impart real outdoor flavor. Just place on top of the vaporized beneath the cooking grid and add water or juice of your choice. Position the food in the center of the grid over the drip pan. This item comes 10 pans per pack.
